To achieve Right clearance in plastic bearing cage requires precise understanding of Shrinkage pattern, Tool design and processing knowledge. This is carried out using expert to meet solution. We have injection molding machine horizontal and vertical ranging from 15 gram to 200 gram.  We also have special purpose vertical molding machine to cut down cycle time and boost productivity for insert molding of precise component.

Today in Automotive industries key driving factor are Light weighting, cost cutting and Emission control. Alpha has conducted many project of Replacement of metal part with plastic.  Alpha has produced parts in Guidance with customer for Replacing Metal sleeve with insert molded plastic sleeve. We have reduced 35% weight in clutch bearing sleeve.  Many safety critical parts from plastic parts are developed by Alpha.
