We have successfully grown because of our commitment towards Quality. Customer Specific requirement is key area of focus. We have target to reach zero PPM. We are conducting regular internal audit, product audit and process audit to ensure our Quality goal is reached. Many Poka yoke are done to ensure failure mode are prevented.  We are also using digital technology for Managing our KPI of the Quality system.
We have designed the roadmap for Quality system. Alpha is currently certified by TUV for ISO 9001: 2008. In phase manner we have planned to implement TS16949, ISO14001 and OHAS.
